Whiteout Perfume: A delectable blend of French vanilla frosting and Mexican vanilla extract with vanilla bean fluff and precious Madagascan vanilla oleoresin.
EDPs (spray perfumes diluted in alcohol) are offered in 10 ml and 30 ml glass atomizer bottles. Parfums (concentrated perfume oils) are offered in 5 ml amber glass apothecary bottles.
Please note that our 1 ml glass sample vials may contain either the edp or the parfum.
Vegan, cruelty free, handmade in small batches.

I sampled at least 12 different perfumes from a number of different houses in my quest for my perfect vanilla. I'll be honest. At first Whiteout wasn't a hit. It was SUPER indolic, and I'm pretty sure that's due to the orchid vanilla. I let my sample sit for a while before I used it again. It started to grow on me and is now a scent I don't believe I could ever live without. When first applied it IS a little much, but that lasts about 8 seconds before it mellows out in to the creamiest, dreamiest vanilla blend you could imagine. Throw is unmatched, longevity is 8+ hours. I want to bathe in this scent. They can bury me in this scent. I will be a return customer for as long as it's stocked.
First I'd like to preface this by saying I'm extremely picky when it comes to perfumes. I've tried hundreds of samples and have only found 2 that I actually like and will wear. I mostly lean towards gourmands and sweet based scents, but whiteout just wasn't for me.
The opening of whiteout smells very strongly of alcohol and a synthetic vanilla-esque scent I can't place. It's not bad, but it's not good either. The dry down for me is extremely powdery, which is a scent profile I'm not fond of. There is a subtle sweetness, and almost a soap-like scent, so the vanilla doesn't shine the way I wish it did.
Other than that, the projection was good, not too strong and not too light and the longevity was about 5 hours before it started to fade on me.

This scent would be beautiful but unfortunately it has something in it that is very stinky and overpowers the lovely vanilla and its hard to get past it. Not sure if its the oleoresins or what but its not very pleasant at all.

Got this as a sample with my
last order from Arcana Craves and immediately had to get a full size. Amazingly it smells white as well. One of my absolute favourites right now.
